Sugar Reset Ingredients List: Six Named, 22 in the Blend
The sales page names six ingredients. The Supplement Facts label lists 22 in one 200 mg proprietary blend, plus chromium at 0.7 mcg per 1 ml. No single blend amount is published. The blend includes caffeine sources, grapefruit extract and a licorice compound, so read the full list before you buy.

Why does the sales page name six when the label lists 22?
Searches like “Sugar Reset ingredients” and “Sugar Reset drops ingredients” usually end at the sales page. That page names six. The back of the bottle tells a longer story. This post lays the label out in plain words.
We use only what the label and our sources print. When an amount is missing, we say “not published” and leave it there.
The six on the sales page are chromium picolinate, gymnema leaf extract, African mango seed extract, green tea leaf extract, maca root extract and Panax ginseng aerial extract. These are the names with the most research behind them.
The label has 22 inside the blend, and chromium on its own line. Why the sales page picks six is not published. It is a fair question to put to the seller, and the answer is not on our pages.
Key facts at a glance
- Serving size is 1 ml, one dropper. A bottle holds 60 servings.
- Chromium (as chromium picolinate) is printed at 0.7 mcg, 2% of the Daily Value.
- A proprietary blend of 200 mg holds 22 ingredients. Its Daily Value is not established.
- Blend amounts, extract ratios and caffeine per dropper are not published.
- Other ingredients: glycerin, water, organic lemon extract, stevia extract 97% (Reb A), xylitol, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, citric acid and natural flavors.
- Xylitol is toxic to dogs. Keep the bottle out of reach of pets.
What exactly is on the Sugar Reset label?
| Line | Amount | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Chromium (as chromium picolinate) | 0.7 mcg (2% DV) | Published |
| Proprietary blend | 200 mg, Daily Value not established | Total only |
| Each of the 22 blend names | Not published | Not published |
| Caffeine from guarana and green tea | Not published | Not published |
| Extract ratios or standardization | Not published | Not published |
The directions on the label read: “Shake well before each use. Take 1 or 2 droppers full daily. Place in mouth and swallow.” It also says to keep the bottle away from heat, light and humidity.
Which 22 ingredients are in the blend?
The label lists them in this order:
Maca root extract, grape seed extract, guarana seed extract, African mango seed extract, eleuthero root extract, astragalus root extract, green tea leaf extract, gymnema leaf extract, coleus forskohlii root extract, capsicum annuum fruit extract, grapefruit fruit extract, Panax ginseng aerial extract, raspberry ketones, L-glutamine, L-tyrosine, L-arginine base, beta-alanine, monoammonium glycyrrhizinate, GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid), L-ornithine HCL, L-tryptophan and L-carnitine base.
Plant extracts, amino acids and a licorice-derived compound sit side by side. No amount is shown for any of them. A proprietary blend is a normal way to sell a formula, but it hides the split from you.
Which ingredients deserve a pharmacist’s opinion?
- Caffeine sources: guarana and green tea both bring natural caffeine. The amount per dropper is not published, so add it to your coffee in your head.
- Grapefruit extract: grapefruit can change how the body handles many medicines. If your medicine warns against grapefruit, ask before using this.
- Monoammonium glycyrrhizinate: this is a licorice compound. Daily use may raise blood pressure and lower potassium.
- Gymnema and chromium: both may lower blood sugar, which matters with glucose-lowering medicine.
Xylitol is in the other ingredients. It is toxic to dogs even in small amounts. Wipe up spills and store the bottle where a pet cannot reach it.
Do the label amounts match the research?
Only chromium has a printed amount to compare. The adequate intake for adults is 25 to 35 mcg a day, and blood sugar trials used 200 to 1,000 mcg a day. The label shows 0.7 mcg.
For the rest, research doses cannot be set beside label doses because the label gives none. Maca trials used 1.5 to 3.5 g a day of dried root powder. Ginseng trials used roughly 600 mg to 3 g a day. A blend of 200 mg cannot hold those amounts for even one name, let alone 22.
What is still not published about the ingredients?
- How much of each of the 22 ingredients is in the 200 mg blend.
- How much caffeine the guarana and green tea add per dropper.
- Extract ratios or standardization for any plant.
- Why the sales page names six while the label lists 22.
- Third-party lab results for the lot. The lot and CoA references are draft references.
- The GMP certificate number, the facility name and the body behind the non-GMO claim.
When a seller is open about such gaps, treat that as a point in its favor. When a page hides them, treat that as a point against.
What are the other ingredients, and do they matter?
The label lists these under other ingredients: glycerin, water, organic lemon extract, stevia extract 97% (Reb A), xylitol, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, citric acid and natural flavors.
Glycerin and water are the liquid base. Stevia and xylitol sweeten it. Sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate keep the liquid from spoiling. Citric acid and lemon extract add taste.
Most of this is ordinary for a flavored liquid. The one item that needs care at home is xylitol, because of dogs. An allergen statement is not part of what we hold, so if you have a known allergy, ask the order desk before you buy.

Our view
Our view: the label is honest in what it prints and silent in what it hides. Chromium has a number. The 22 blend names do not. If you want to use the product, treat the unknowns as real unknowns, and ask a pharmacist about caffeine, grapefruit and the licorice compound.
