Sugar Reset's Supplement Facts, Checked Line by Line

Quick answer

Set your bottle next to this page and check it line by line: Serving Size 1 ml, 60 Servings Per Container, chromium at 0.7 mcg and a 200 mg Proprietary Blend marked “Daily Value not established.” Nothing here is paraphrased. The distributor's own contact details are printed too, and they are not this site's order desk.

Line up the label next to this page

Hold the bottle up and two blocks of small print sit side by side: the Supplement Facts panel, and next to it, suggested use, storage, caution and the distributor. Tap through the numbers below for a quick read of each, then check the word-for-word copy underneath against your own bottle.

Chromium is the only ingredient carrying its own Daily Value. The dagger next to the Proprietary Blend line exists for one reason: there is no official Daily Value for a mixed total of plants and amino acids, so the label marks the gap rather than guessing.

200 mg, 22 names

The blend line, unpacked to twenty-two names

The Proprietary Blend line covers twenty-two names under one weight. The order printed below is the label's own order; no other figure sits beside any single name.

That is what a proprietary blend means on any bottle: the total weight is disclosed, the split is not. What each of these twenty-two is normally sold for lives on the ingredients page.

How to read it

A short way to read this panel yourself

  1. Start from the serving size

Every number on this panel is measured against 1 ml, one dropper, not the whole bottle. Read percentages with that in mind.

  2. Multiply servings by the bottle size

60 servings of 1 ml add up to 60 ml, which lines up with the 2 fl oz (60 ml) printed on the front.

  3. Compare the Daily Value against a full day, not zero

Chromium's 2% DV means one dropper covers 2% of an adult's average need. NIH sets an Adequate Intake of 25 to 35 mcg a day (National Institutes of Health, 2024), so 0.7 mcg is a small slice even of that, let alone the 200 to 1,000 mcg used in blood sugar trials.

  4. Treat the dagger as a footnote, not an alarm

It only means no official Daily Value exists for the Proprietary Blend total, since it mixes plants and amino acids rather than one nutrient.

  5. Remember what a blend total hides

200 mg is a real weight. It is simply shared across twenty-two names in one line, and the panel does not say how.

Exact wording

The disclaimer, in the label's own words

The FDA line, as printed

“These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.”

The facility line, as printed

“This product has been manufactured in an FDA registered facility.” A registered facility is a factory listing, not the FDA signing off on the formula.

The label says it is made in the USA from globally sourced ingredients.

Suggested use, storage and who distributes the bottle

Beside the Supplement Facts panel, four more blocks run down the label, ending with who distributed the bottle. The phone number and inbox in that last line belong to the distributor. Ring the desk instead for anything to do with your own order.

Supply maths

What sixty servings actually buys you in days

One dropper a day

60 servings, so one bottle covers about 60 days.

60 days per bottle

Two droppers a day

The rate the sales page uses when it calls two bottles a 60-day supply.

30 days per bottle

Sixty servings a bottle stretches to sixty days at one dropper, or thirty at two. When the sales page counts two bottles as a sixty-day supply, that maths only holds at two droppers a day; at one, the same two bottles run twice as long.

Beyond the actives

What the Other Ingredients are for

Other Ingredients, as printed

Glycerin, Water, Organic Lemon Extract, Stevia Extract 97% (Reb A), Xylitol, Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate, Citric Acid, and Natural Flavors.

What they are doing there

Glycerin and water carry the liquid. Stevia and xylitol sweeten it without added sugar, lemon extract flavours it, and citric acid with the two preservatives keep it stable once opened.

Keep xylitol away from dogs

Xylitol is toxic to dogs even in small amounts. Store the bottle somewhere a dog cannot reach, and ring a vet straight away if one gets to it.

Read between the lines

What this label does not tell you

A label this detailed still leaves gaps. Here is what it stops short of telling you.

  • The amount of each of the 22 ingredients inside the 200 mg proprietary blend
  • How much caffeine the guarana and green tea extracts add per dropper
  • Extract ratios or standardization for any plant in the blend
  • Why the sales page names six ingredients while the label lists twenty-two
  • Third-party lab results (lot SUG-26/SU-3847 and CoA SUG-3847-26-SU are draft references, not lab proof)
  • GMP certificate number, facility name and the body behind the GMO-free claim
  • Verified customer reviews (the figures supplied to us are marked as layout copy, so this site shows none)

The safety side of these gaps, including the medicines worth checking first, sits on the side effects page.

Supplement Facts: common questions

What is the serving size printed on Sugar Reset?

1 ml, one dropper. Sixty of those sit in a bottle, so it lasts sixty days at one dropper a day.

How many ingredients are named on the panel?

Chromium on its own line, then twenty-two more sharing one 200 mg Proprietary Blend, marked Daily Value not established.

What does the dagger symbol mean?

It marks the Proprietary Blend line. No official Daily Value exists for that combined total, so the label says so instead of guessing.

What exactly are the Other Ingredients?

A glycerin and water base with organic lemon extract, stevia extract 97% (Reb A), xylitol, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, citric acid and natural flavors.

Who is named as the distributor?

Instituto Experience, Lakeland, FL 33804. That contact is printed on the label itself, separate from this site's order desk.

Does two bottles really cover sixty days?

Only at two droppers a day. At one dropper, the same two bottles stretch to a hundred and twenty days.

Does the panel show any lab testing?

No. Lot SUG-26/SU-3847 and CoA SUG-3847-26-SU are draft references we were given, not a published third-party lab result.

Does the label itself mention blood sugar?

No. The front claims only "Promotes Metabolic Balance." Blood sugar wording appears only on the sales page, never the panel.
