Sugar Reset FAQ: Quick Answers to Common Questions
This page answers about thirty common Sugar Reset questions in five groups.
The groups cover the bottle, what is inside it, medication checks, what to expect and when, and buying and refunds. Each answer follows the label first, then the official sales page.
Want the label itself? Start with the supplement facts.

Every answer on this page traces back to one of three places: the printed label, the official sales page, or a linked outside study or safety page. Nothing here comes from memory or from what a similar bottle usually contains.
Pick a topic card below to reach the full page on that subject, or scroll straight to the grouped questions further down for the short version. Order problems, changes and refunds go to the order desk, not this page; see the contact details at the very end of the ordering group.
This page moves whenever a fact on the label, the sales page or a linked study changes, and the date at the bottom moves with it. If two answers on this site ever seem to pull in different directions, the label wins, and a quick email lets us fix whichever one is wrong.

Most of what follows comes from one photographed label. It carries the Supplement Facts panel, the suggested use, the storage and caution lines, and the distributor statement, all on the same piece of glass.
Wherever an answer below says "the label says," it means this exact wording, not a general claim about drops like these and not the sales page. The full line-by-line transcription sits on Sugar Reset Supplement Facts, and the daily routine built from it is on how to use Sugar Reset.
The facts most people ask about first
Skim this table before the grouped list below. It settles most one-line questions on its own.
| Quick fact | What it actually is |

| Ingredients sharing that blend | 22, from maca and gymnema down to grapefruit extract and L-carnitine |
| Amount of any single blend ingredient | Not published |
| Named on the sales page instead | Six of the 22: Chromium Picolinate, Gymnema Leaf Extract, African Mango Seed Extract, Green Tea Leaf Extract, Maca Root Extract, Panax Ginseng Aerial Extract |
| Price range | $49 to $79 a bottle, depending on kit size |
| Refund window | 60 days from purchase, on the sales page kits |

How we keep these answers straight
Three rules keep every answer on this page honest. They apply whether the question is about a dose, a price or a return.
| Rule | What it means in practice |
|---|---|
| The label outranks the sales page | Where the two disagree, or one is silent, the printed label decides the answer |
| A missing fact stays missing | No blend amount, no caffeine figure, no certificate number is ever filled in with a typical guess |
| Every study links to its source | So you can check the dose used and the group it was tested on, not take our summary on faith |

Every question, grouped by topic
The bottle, in plain terms
What is Sugar Reset, in one line?
A liquid supplement taken as drops, sold in a 2 fl oz (60 ml) amber bottle of 60 servings. The sales page frames it around metabolic support; the front label itself claims only 'Promotes Metabolic Balance.'
Who actually makes it?
Instituto Experience of Lakeland, Florida, is the distributor named on the label. Sugarresetroutine sells it as an authorized outlet, not the manufacturer.
Is there a blood-sugar-lowering claim on the label?
No. The front label claims only 'Promotes Metabolic Balance.' The sales page's five broader statements are marketing wording, not label claims, and none of them promises a treatment outcome.
Is it FDA approved?
No dietary supplement is. A registered-facility seal means the factory is listed with the FDA, which is a listing, not an approval of anything in the bottle.
Does it contain caffeine?
Yes, through guarana seed and green tea leaf, two of the 22 blend ingredients. No caffeine figure is printed anywhere.
Is Sugar Reset a treatment for diabetes?
No. It is a dietary supplement, and nothing on the label or the sales page claims to treat, cure or prevent diabetes. Prescribed care continues regardless of whether you take it.
What's actually inside it
What exactly is in one dropper?
Chromium at 0.7 mcg and a 200 mg blend of 22 plants and amino acids, led by maca and closing with L-carnitine, in the order the label prints them.
Why don't the 22 ingredients each get their own amount?
US labelling rules allow one combined total for a proprietary blend instead of a figure for each part. That is legal, and it is also why no single ingredient here can be matched to a study dose.
How much chromium is actually in it?
0.7 mcg, which is 2% of the Daily Value, and the only amount printed anywhere on the panel besides the blend total itself.
Which six ingredients does the sales page talk about?
Chromium, gymnema, African mango, green tea, maca and Panax ginseng. The other 16 blend members appear only on the printed label.
Does the order on the label mean anything?
Yes. US rules list a blend heaviest first, so maca leads the 200 mg total and L-carnitine sits last, as the smallest share.
What is the licorice-derived ingredient?
Monoammonium Glycyrrhizinate. Regular intake of licorice compounds like this one can raise blood pressure and lower potassium.
Medicines and safety checks
Who should ask a doctor before starting at all?
Anyone pregnant or nursing, under 18, or with any known medical condition, per the label's own caution text, plus anyone on a glucose-lowering, grapefruit-flagged or blood-pressure medicine.
Can I take it with metformin or insulin?
Only with a clinician's OK. Gymnema and chromium may lower blood sugar on their own, and an EFSA risk review documents hypoglycemia cases when gymnema was combined with antidiabetic drugs (Marakis et al., 2018).
Is the green tea extract risky?
More than 100 cases of liver injury, a few of them liver failure, have been reported with concentrated green tea extract (LiverTox (National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases), 2023). This label does not disclose how much is in the blend.
Does it affect blood pressure medicine?
Possibly. The blend contains a licorice compound and coleus forskohlii, both studied for effects on blood pressure, with no printed amount for either.
What if I have liver or kidney disease?
Ask a clinician first. NIH's own chromium fact sheet notes people with kidney or liver disease may be more susceptible to harm from higher chromium intakes (National Institutes of Health, 2024).
What are the actual warning signs to watch for?
Shakiness, sweating, confusion or sudden tiredness can mean blood sugar has dropped too far. See Sugar Reset side effects for the fuller list.
What to expect, and when
How long before I notice anything?
The label prints no timeline at all. A reasonable approach is two weeks to build the habit, then a consistent log through the full sixty-day window.
Should I expect a change in the first week?
No result is promised on any schedule. The label sets a routine, not a countdown to a number.
Will everyone respond the same way?
With no single blend amount disclosed, nobody can predict a dose-based response. Reviews of the named ingredients describe the human evidence for blood sugar effects as limited or mixed (Costello et al., 2016).
Does taking two droppers work faster?
The label allows up to two droppers a day without saying either count works faster. Two droppers simply use a bottle in half the time.
Are there customer reviews to check?
No. This site publishes no star score, review count or quote, because the feedback figures handed to us could not be verified as real orders. See Sugar Reset reviews for the full reasoning.
Buying, shipping and refunds
How much does Sugar Reset cost?
$158 for 2 bottles, $207 for 3, and $294 for 6, exactly as printed on the sales page at the time of writing.
Does a bigger kit lower the per-bottle price?
Yes. It drops from $79 a bottle in the 2-bottle kit to $49 in the 6-bottle kit.
Where does an order ship from?
The US, unless the sales page says otherwise for a specific order. The two larger kits ship free in the US, while the 2-bottle kit picks up a shipping charge at checkout.
Is there a phone number for an existing order?
Yes. The BuyGoods desk takes calls about tracking, changes and refunds; the number sits at the foot of the page. It is separate from the website email, which cannot see any order.
What exactly is the guarantee?
Sixty days, counted from the purchase date, on every sales page kit. The buyer pays return shipping and should use a tracked service.
How do I actually request a refund?
Call or email the BuyGoods desk with your order ID, then post the bottles to 780 Third Avenue, Floor 28, New York, NY 10017, USA with your full name, email and order ID.
What are the bonus guides that come with bigger kits?
The 3 and 6-bottle kits add six digital guides: Diabetes Freedom, Fortifying Vitamins, Accelerated Metabolism, Nerve Renew Guide, Glycemic Rebalance Challenge, Personalized Usage Guide. They are ebooks, not medical advice, and nothing on this site depends on their contents.
Start the Sugar Reset routine from the authorized outlet
Sixty 1 ml doses fill every bottle, and the kits work out at $79, $69 or $49 a bottle with sixty days to ask for a refund. Not sure which kit fits your routine? The kit comparison sets them side by side.
